Approved Retirement Funds

There are many options available to you once you reach retirement, one of these options may be an Approved Minimum Retirement Fund (AMRF) or an Approved Retirement Fund (ARF). With AMRFs and ARFs you basically re-invest your pension fund and then take the money out when you need it, either as a regular income or lump sums. To do this, you must have a guaranteed annual income of €12,700 from other sources other than your ARF investment OR you must invest €63,500 of your pension fund into an AMRF and the remainder into an ARF.
